Terms of Service
Rules, corporate responsibilities, and operational conditions governing the use of ARFA Technology systems, software products, and connected cloud frameworks.
1. Framework Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) formulate a legally binding service provision agreement between ARFA Technology Solutions Limited, including its operating entities, platforms, and subsidiaries (collectively, “the Company”), and the corporate enterprise, institutional system, or individual user navigating our interfaces (“the User”). This framework controls access parameters and usage conditions for our distributed software platforms, application code blocks, artificial intelligence engines, analytical security operations dashboards, and interconnected shopping environments, including the ARFA Mall ecosystem (collectively, “the Services”).
By engaging with, installing, provisioning, or accessing any element of our active Services, the User explicitly affirms that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to be governed by these operational conditions. If you do not accept these platform conditions, you are prohibited from utilizing the Company’s operational systems or accessing our cloud applications.
2. System Credentials and Eligibility
Access to our primary administrative dashboards, software environments, and commercial deployment tools requires the generation of specific operational credentials. The User explicitly certifies and agrees to the following conditions:
- Age Boundaries: The User must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have attained the legal age of majority within their specific jurisdiction, to execute account registrations or purchase enterprise subscriptions.
- Accuracy of Registry Profile: The User is required to supply current, verifiable, and accurate registration metrics during portal entry configuration. Presenting intentionally false identity parameters represents a structural breach of these platform conditions.
- Credential Security: The User retains full operational accountability for safeguarding the confidentiality of access passwords, cryptographic session tokens, and multifactor authentication keys linked to their profile instance. The Company cannot be held liable for security lapses resulting from leaked or unmanaged credentials.
3. Service Provisions and Lifecycle Evolution
The Company builds, maintains, and licenses advanced business enterprise toolsets, custom mobile application platforms, data modeling engines, managed security event monitoring pipelines (SOC/MDR), and scalable consumer marketplace hubs. The User acknowledges that the Company’s tools continuously adapt to match changing infrastructure requirements and global code releases.
Accordingly, the Company reserves the explicit right to alter interface elements, adjust operational configurations, limit system features, or temporarily restrict data views within any portion of the Services without prior notice, provided such changes do not fundamentally invalidate active corporate Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
4. Acceptable System Use Parameters
The User agrees to interact with our platform infrastructure using approved methods and interfaces. The User is strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:
- Infrastructure Interference: Deploying scripts, automation engines, or automated tools designed to cause resource exhaustion, slow API responses, or interrupt server tracking loops.
- Security Boundary Disruption: Attempting to bypass access controls, probe system perimeters, exploit software flaws, or run unauthorized security assessments against any internal Company node.
- Code Exploitation: Decompiling, reverse engineering, unbundling, or extracting primary source files or architectural logic from any software utility licensed by the Company.
- Transactional Manipulation: Executing automated price scrapes, checkout loops, or inventory locking routines designed to artificially distort normal marketplace parameters within the ARFA Mall network.
5. Structural User Duties
The User agrees that all processing actions, operational transactions, data adjustments, and media files uploaded to the Company’s cloud storage blocks must strictly match all localized statutes, national export frameworks, and data governance rules. The User is solely responsible for verifying that data ingested into our AI tools or business portals is legally cleared for transmission and free of hidden intellectual property tracking flags from third-party networks.
6. Proprietary Assertions and Licensing
All structural designs, programmatic layouts, original code bases, user interface assets, brand assets, and technical frameworks visible on or utilized by the Company’s platforms are the exclusive property of ARFA Technology and its licensing partners. Access to our cloud panels or software environments grants the User a temporary, non-transferable, revocable right of use. This permission is restricted to the active subscription window and does not convey ownership rights or brand redistribute permissions.
7. Payment Infrastructure and Subscription Billing
Access to specific enterprise software layers, security analytics monitors, and transactional modules is determined by corporate subscription agreements or single-unit purchase fees. The User agrees to the following billing guidelines:
- Processing Cycles: Subscription payments are processed on a recurring schedule in line with your service enrollment agreement. Vaulted corporate cards or mobile banking endpoints are charged automatically at the start of each service block.
- Delinquency Remedies: Unpaid invoices or failed transaction retries that remain uncorrected for more than fifteen (15) calendar days will lead to automatic system suspension and the limitation of backend API communication blocks.
- Refund Policy Standards: Fees collected for software access parameters or platform usage credits are inherently non-refundable, unless explicitly specified otherwise within a separate, binding enterprise contract.
8. Information Principles and Privacy Linkage
The collection, processing, cross-border movement, and protection of personal registration profiles or device technical data generated during platform utilization are governed by our official Privacy Policy. This operational policy document is built directly into these structural terms as an essential system requirement.
9. System Service Availability Boundaries
The Company aims to provide reliable, highly available backend infrastructure. However, the User acknowledges that platform access depends on internet routing links, regional network performance, and routine software maintenance cycles. The Company does not guarantee that our cloud dashboards or e-commerce views will run completely without interruption or error at all times.
Routine service updates and hardware maintenance tasks are scheduled during periods of low usage whenever possible to limit potential system downtown for our active users.
10. Liability Boundaries and Disclaimers
Important Legal Limit: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company provides its services on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis, without any implied warranties or operational guarantees of any kind.
ARFA Technology, its infrastructure architects, directors, and operating staff cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to any loss of operational profits, systemic database corruptions, business downtime, or security events resulting from unauthorized account additions, except where explicitly prevented by localized law.
11. Account Decommissioning and Service Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend platform access, block specific client API connections, or completely close user profile profiles if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has violated our acceptable use guidelines, failed to pay open service balances, or created potential security risks for adjacent tenant nodes.
Users may close their system instances at any time by accessing their account settings panel and finalizing all outstanding transactional billing balances.
12. External Integrations and Third-Party Dependencies
The operational workflows of our services connect with outside financial networks, mapping tools, analytics trackers, and messaging integrations. Because the Company does not control these external services, it cannot be held responsible for system failures, modifications, or data handling practices originating within third-party networks.
13. Governing Law and Disagreements
These terms and conditions, along with any contractual disagreements resulting from platform use, are governed by the laws and arbitral frameworks of the primary jurisdiction where ARFA Technology registers its operational headquarters. Disagreements must be addressed through formal mediation channels before moving to any local court system.
14. Protocol Revisions and Updates
The Company reviews and updates these terms periodically to reflect new platform features, infrastructure modifications, or updates to regional regulations. Significant structural updates will be communicated via prominent notifications on our main login dashboards or delivered directly to registered account emails.
